Cavtat (Ragusavecchia) è una cittadina nella parte meridionale del Golfo di Zupa. Il clima mite, l`incredibile vegetazione e le splendide spiagge attirano ogni anno numerosi turisti. Cavtat è il nome croato di Civitas Vetus, termine che sta a indicare il luogo dove sorgeva la città romana di Epidaurum distrutta dagli avari nel VII secolo.
