The apartment is completely new and has 2 bathrooms = 1 double room with a bathroom, one single room, a big living room witch can be used as a bed room with two sofas (2+2), a bathroom, a kitchen with the dining table, a terrace, a garden.

The apartment has 56 m2 + a garden and a terrace.
