Palit owns it's popularity to the fact that he is near the town of Rab and to a beautiful promenade that leads from the bay of Soline near the church of St. Eufemia till the town walls. This area is also the favorite swimming area. A special attraction are the rocky beaches on the peninsula of Frkanj and a FKK beach Kandarola.
