Villa Dubrovnik is situated inside the old town walls,  recently renovated. The Villa dates from the 15 th century and it offers to you a possibility to feel the real spirit of the Old Town. The villa has 5 floors of which each covers 25sqm, and in total covers 150sqm -terrace included.
It has 3 bedrooms (one double and 2 single), 2 bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bath), a kitchen with a view on the old town, a living room and terrace that has a magnificent view on the old town and in the sea. The villa has many stairways , so it' s not favorable for older persons, person with walking problems or families with little children.
