Description
Relais Clubresidence is at the foot of the mountains in San Martino Di Castrozza, next to the ski school and slopes. It offers self-catering accommodation and free parking.
Each apartment has a kitchenette and most come with a balcony. The rate includes bed and bathroom linen, electricity and heating consumption, and final cleaning.
At the partner hotel you have a kids' club and entertainment programme, plus a wellness centre with swimming pool.
Relais Clubresidence has a panoramic and quiet location, and is surrounded by green meadows.
It is close to the Dolomiti Bellunesi Natural Park and the ski slopes of Prà delle Nasse. The centre of San Martino is a short walk away.
Occasionally the hotel may only be bookable for weekly stays, from Saturday to Saturday.
Prices do not include the personalized services for our clubresidences (one must be chosen):
- KING SERVICE: €110,00 adults; €50,00 children 3/10 years, free under 3 y.o. For a holiday with that someting more - bed ready at the arrival. Double furniture of bath linen with bathrobe for adults where the wellness center is included.; 1 set for kitchenette; SAT TV; energy and consumption; final cleanings (except kitchenette and rubbish removal). Daily cleaning service and daily breakfast service ( in some periods may be made at a conventional structure)
- QUEEN SERVICE: €70,00 adults; €50,00 children 3/10 years, free under 3 y.o. For a served holiday - bed ready at the arrival. Double furniture of bath linen with bathrobe for adults where the wellness center is included.; 1 set for kitchenette; SAT TV; energy and consumption; final cleanings (except kitchenette and rubbish removal). Daily cleaning service.
- PRINCESS SERVICE: €35,00 adults; €20,00 children 3/10 years, free under 3 y.o. For a comfortable holiday - bed ready at the arrival. Double furniture of bath linen with bathrobe for adults where the wellness center is included.; 1 set for kitchenette; SAT TV; energy and consumption; final cleanings (except kitchenette and rubbish removal).
- The kitchen and cooking area of the apartments must be left perfectly cleaned. The minimum charge for partial or inadequate cleaning is € 30,00.
- Deposit € 200,00 payable on arrival.
- Please note that in Trentino garbage separation is mandatory. Failure to comply with this obligation will be the responsibility of the customer who will be charged for it. The more the apartments must be left perfectly clean (see note above) !!!
- BABY KIT FREE!!! (Up to 3 years): cot, changing table, highchair, bottle warmer, to be requested when booking and to retire with deposit upon arrival.
