Description
This property is located in central part of the Istria peninsula, near the small town of Kanfanar, more precisely hamlet called Bubani. The old architecture of Kanfanar and surrounding villages is well preserved, and olives dominate this area with warm Mediterranean climate. Kanfanar and its surrounding countryside is well known, not only for itshistorical and cultural legacy but for excellent genuine Istrian cuisine. Istria is a unique and enchanted place that has welcomed visitors and settlers from all parts of the world for as long as we have recorded history. The city of Pula with its Roman amphitheatre and Brijuni national park with an 18-hole golf course are just a 20-minute drive away. Great restaurants and taverns can be found at just a short drive in all directions. It is a great place to enjoy the food, history and after all, to relax. Car is recommend.
Villa can accommodate up to 10 persons in 4 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 2 and 2 with single beds) and one additional sofa bed on the top floor. All rooms are air conditioned and newly equipped with LCD TV sets. Living room area is spacious and cosy offering comfort and relaxation. In front of the villa there is beautiful covered terrace where You will find large dining table for dining al fresco. Across the street, several steps away is separated walled and gated courtyard with swimming pool. Here You will find fully equipped summer kitchen with large dining table as well as barbecue. At the property there is a child swing and table tennis for Your entertainment.
