Description
Villa is situated on one of the most beautiful islands of the Adriatic coast, island of Brac, in the picturesque village of Splitska only 200m from the beach and 200m from the town center. The Villa is located in the center of nature and is the ideal residence for a relaxing vacation.
Villa is a newly built villa that with its appearance fully respects the traditional architectural expression of this region, but which also fosters a highly functional facilities with maximum comfort. Villa is ideal for an intimate holiday with your loved ones and away from the city noise, frenetic life and even nosy neighbors, taking into account that the nearest house is 80m away.
Our house consists of two separate floors. The lower floor has an entrance on the south side of the house next to the pool, while the upper floor is entered from the upper terrace where you come upstairs next to the pool. The optimal number of persons (8 +2).
The contents of the lower floor:
- Spacious stylish furnished living room with a modern kitchen and dining area. In the living room there is a sofa that extends into a large comfortable double bed.
- The living room has access to covered terrace with large dining table (10 people) and a fully equipped barbecue / grill. This terrace is a pleasant stay throughout the day due to its location on the north side of the house and permanent shade.
- Two double bedrooms with quality double beds and room furniture.Large bathroom with bath, appliances and toilet.
- Additional bathroom with shower and toilet.
- All bedrooms and living room are individually air-conditioned.

- Spacious stylish furnished living room with a modern kitchen and dining area. In the living room there is a sofa that extends into a large comfortable double bed.
