Villa is located at the entrance of the town of Split, in a quiet neighborhood full of shrubs and trees providing tranquility, yet it is close to shops and cafes. A big shopping center, Mall of Split, is only 5 minutes walk, while the surrounding villages, Solin and Kaštela are located nearby.

This lovely villa can accommodate up to 10 persons, and it comprises of a sitting room, kitchen / dining area, 4 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom), 3 bathrooms, a laundry room, an exercise area, an entertainment area, and indoor and outdoor children's playground.

The sitting room has been equipped with an A/C unit, cable TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi, and has a sofa bed for extra guests. Furthermore, all 4 bedrooms has been equipped with an A/C unit and a cable TV set.

The villa is fully air conditioned. It has been equipped with 6 A/C units in total. All 4 bedrooms has been equipped with 1 unit each. The sitting room on the ground floor, and a lounge area on the first floor has been equipped with 1 unit each.

The outdoor area consists of a large garden with seasonal fruit and vegetables (at guests' disposal), a private swimming pool with an outdoor shower, a toilet, a lounging area and a dining area with a stone fireplace.

The town center is four kilometers away, while the beautiful Žnjan Beach is five minutes away by car.
