Description

This detached four-bedroom villa is located in Lovinac, a small village in the northern part of Dalmatia. Offering a peaceful and quiet setting, surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation, Villa is just right for a family vacation in a private atmosphere. The property is surrounded by 3000 m² of land which ensures privacy and relaxation as well as enough space for children to play and romp around. Furthermore, the property includes a private pool (10 x 4 m) and a cozy covered terrace with excellent barbecue and al-fresco dining amenities. There is a grocery store a few steps away, while a restaurant and the beach are within easy reach by car. Don´t miss out on a visit to Zadar, considered the most beautiful city on the northern part of the Dalmatian coast.

House for 10 persons: approx. 270 m² on two floors. The ground floor comprises a spacious open-plan living area including a couch, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Furthermore, there are two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and one separate bathroom. The first floor comes with a balcony, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with tubs.

Der Urlaub war traumhaft! Das Ferienhaus war soooooo toll,es war der Wahnsinn ! Absolut zu empfehlen :-) Der Besitzer, Vjekoslav, war der Beste ;-) Guter Mann ! Er war immer da wenn etwas war (24/7-Service), er hat uns immer geholfen und auch gute Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben...er hat sogar für uns gegrillt mit Fleisch und Cevapcici :-))) Das war richtig toll :-))) Ganz großes Lob an ihn ! Wir waren sehr begeistert von dem Haus und auch der Zustand war toll ;-) Also wir werden das Haus wieder buchen wenn wir nach Kroatien fahren :-))) Danke auch für Ihre Hilfe und Ihren Service von Travel Tourist :-) Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub :-))) Mit freundlichen Grüßen Steigert Mario
