House Amalia is located in Skrad near the village of Planina, on the way to a excursion spot of Zeleni Vir from which is distant 4 km. From the centre of Skrad, where is located a grocery shop, a gas station, an ambulance and a pharmacy, it's distant 1 km.  In a range of 15 km there is a equestrian club 'Roge', a excursion site Golubinjak, ski centre Petehovac ( Delnice), National Park Risnjak and Kupa river where You can try the rafting.

Located in an untouched nature it's ideal for have a relaxed and peaceful vacation and offering many possibilities of practicing some open air activity. The house has a ground floor and an attic. On the ground floor are located a kitchen and a livingroom with an extensible sofa bed for 2 people while in the attic are located two bedrooms ( one with two and one with three sleeping beds ,each for one person). The three-bed room has it's own balcony.
