Description
Holiday house is located in a remote area at the foot of the hill in nature, surrounded by coniferous forest and bijelogoričnom which is decorated as a park and surrounded by stone walls. Near the house is planted with herbs (lavender, sage and mint) that its fragrance provide natural aroma therapy.
Land has 25.000m2 of forests which occupies 10,000 m2, which offers a variety of facilities in every season. In winter it is suitable for activities in the snow. Sledding, skijenje and snowball fight, and during the rest of the year for walking, cycling and picking mushrooms.
Children are available swings and seesaws. The house occupies 15,000 m2 of meadow which is suitable for sports activities.
The property is fully fenced and has two access entrances. In the house and on the property you are staying alone in the absence of the owner, thus you peace and privacy is ensured. The house is on two floors; the upper floor consists of rooms with the accommodation, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Accommodation is suitable for 5 people.
Lower level consists of a large room space for fun and socializing and a bathroom. There is accommodation for 5 people.
Beside the house is already a character canopy of 25m2 with roasters roasting lambs and piglets, then a big massive table with benches for 10 people. Ensured baking and barbecue. Canopy and the whole environment are decorated with old cases.
This place is ideal for relaxation and rest for all nature lovers, animal, fishermen, hunters, hikers and lovers of wild berries.
A special attraction of the estate are deer, sweet and are eaten out of hand. The farm has horses pony, peaceful and cuddly. On it you can ride, and is particularly suitable for children.
