Description
All apartments in the first house have an air conditioner for heating and cooling in living rooms and all bedrooms. Kitchens have dishes for preparing and serving food and drink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and there is a hair dryer in the bathroom. Each apartment has a video portafon, flat screen TV with satellite antenna and apartments in first house by the sea have electrical regulated darkening of the windows. There are showers in the bathrooms. Terraces have seating garnitures. Apartments are cleaned for every guest. Replacement of towels and bed linens is once a week or, if needed, more often. Parking spot, taxes, bed linens, towels, cleaning, usage of electricity and water are included in the price of apartment as well as the usage of swimming pool, sauna and fitness.
