The Apartment, AP.'6' measures aproximately 115m² and it is suitable for 6 persons. This nice apartment with beautiful seaview is spread over two floors (2nd and 3rd floor) and is located in the front part of the building. It is very tastefully decorated and air conditioned. AP.'6' is divided as follows: on the lower floor of the apartment there is a large living area consisting of living-dining room, fitted kitchen(dishwasher,oven,microwave,waterboiler,coffeemaker,toaster) and covered terrace (about 10m²), a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower(hair-dryer). A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two more bedrooms with double beds and their own bathrooms(shower/hair-dryer). From the two bedrooms you have direct access to the roof terrace (about 40m²), from where you can enjoy the breathtaking views of Rovinj's old town and the sea.
In front of the building for each of the apartments a parking space is provided.

Description
The apartments of Villa are situated in Borik (pine forest), which is a beautiful and calm district of the wonderful town of Rovinj. Villa consists of six nice apartments of different sizes, which are furnished very nicely.
Villa is about only 2,5km from the town centre; a supermarket is not far away from the house, and even the beach is at only about a 5 minutes walk. The beach itself is made of shingle and rocks; here you have cafés, ice, a gourmet restaurant, snacks, sports- and playing offers. And if you don’t want to use the car, take the taxi-boat, which takes off from a mole on the beach in regular time intervals.
