Casa Alice is named in memory of grandmother Alice along with her husband in 1963 have built up an old family house.
To realize the dream and the love to this land it had been decided to restore the old house in an exclusive residence. The restoration was conducted using the aesthetic characteristic of the Istrian territory.
The residence is located in a quiet area of Rovinj a town overlooking the Adriatic on the west coast of Istria.
