-each apartment is a 4+2 type with about 130 m2;
-in each apartment there are two bedrooms with a cloak-room and a separated entrance and bathroom (bath tube/shower and WC, hair dryer, washing machine);
-the bedrooms are connected one to the other by the big living room which has its own bathroom (shower, WC). In the living room there are situated an extendable sofa for two adults or children and a fireplace;
-each apartment has three terrace, two of its next to the bedrooms and one bigger (14 m2) is an integral part of the living room with suit for seat and deck-chair;
-there is a modern equipped kitchen for each apartment, with a big fridge/freezer, a dish washer, an oven, a microwave and an integral counter that divides it from the living room;
-in the apartments there are the air conditioning systems, a central heating, a fire-place, a safe and a SAT/TV;
-there is an arbour in the garden with suit for seat and a Grill;
-parking place in front of the house.

In the neighbourhood there are a market and a restaurant (about 100 m).

The centre of Rovinj, the old part of the town and the port can be reached in 20 minutes of easy walking.
