The city of Capljina is located on the right bank of the river Neretva, not far from the Croatian border. Here, the main municipal hall is located. Parts of the city are Gradina, Vrgorac, Musa, Capljina-city and the New part of town. The outerlying towns are: Dretelj, Tasovcici, Grabovina and Struge (strong local community).
