Description
The first apartment Ap.'0' is about 45m² and suitable for 2+2* persons. It is located at the upper groundfloor, in the front part of the building, furnished nicely and air-conditioned. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom with shower, a living-room with an extendible couch and a fully-fitted kitchen. The living-room is provided with a satellite-flatscreen-TV.
The second apartment Ap.'3' , located at the second floor, in the rear part of the building, measures 48m² and it is also made for 2+2* persons. This one is also furnished with care and provided with air-condition. It consists of one bedroom with double bed and a little balcony; further it has one bathroom with shower, a nice living-/dining-room with an extendible couch, provided with a satellite-flatscreen-TV, and one fully-fitted kitchen.
The third and biggest apartment Ap.'1' is located at the 'first' floor, in the middle of the building; it measures 85m² and it is suitable for 4-5 persons. It has air-conditioning and it consists of a corridor, two bedrooms with double bed, two bathrooms with shower, a separate kitchen and a living-/dining-room (extendible couch) provided with a satellite-flatscreen-TV.
Each apartment has its own terrace, which is provided with garden furniture. In front of the house there is one parking space for each apartment.
* 2adults + 2little children, or 3adults.
