Od posvetne arhitekture se v Belah izplača ogledati mestno ložo, pretorjevo palačo ter žitno shrambo (fontico). Velika župna cerkev sv. Julijana, novejšega datuma je bila pozidana leta 1880 po vzgledu na poznobaročno župno cerkev v Vodnjanu. Cerkev je bila pozidana na mestu triladijske bazilike iz starokrščanskega obdobja.
