Drašnice su slikovito malo mjesto koje se nalazi na Makarskoj rivijeri, samo 10 km udaljeno od Makarske. Posebnu čar mjestu daje gotička crkva Sv. Stjepana sa rimskim natpisom iz 2 st. Drašnice imaju više starijih crkvica koje svjedoče o povijesti samog mjesta: crkva Sv. Jurja iz 15. stoljeća pri moru sa mnoštvom kamenih spomenika. Crkva Sv. Roka izgrađena 1914., crkva Sv. Kate, a iznad  nje crkva Sv. Nikole iz 18. stoljeća. U središtu starog gornjeg sela 1891. izgrađena je crkva sv. Jurja, koja je znatno oštećena u potresu 1962.

U blizini duge plaže nalazi se izvor vode 'Izbitac'.
