Unije su jedinstven otok u Jadranskom moru koji se nalazi sjeverozapadno od Lošinja. Dobio je ime od izvedenice grč. Riječi heneios=njiva. Unije se prvi put spominju u djelu isusovca Alberta Fortisa 1774. godine, te je bio naseljen još u antičko doba.

Otok se sastoji od mnogobrojnih uvala i plaža te je idealna meta za ljubitelje raznih morskih aktivnosti kako što su to ronjenje i ribolov. Na otoku postoji samo jedno istoimeno naselje- Unije, sa oko 290 kuća i 70-ak stanovnika.
