Starigrad – Paklenica je turistično naselje v skrajnem jugovzhodnem delu Velebitskega kanala. V Starigradu, ki je izhodišče za obisk sotesk Velika in Mala Paklenica, je uprava Nacionalnega parka Paklenica.
