Villas Arbia are located next to the sea, only 30 m away from the beach, with a breathtaking view of the old town of Rab and its four magnificent bell towers. The Villas were built during the Austro-Hungarian Empire, and they were furnished with pieces in the Art Nouveau style. They are only a 15-minute stroll along the promenade away from the old town centre.

The newest addition to our offer are two luxuriously decorated apartments***** in the Deluxe part of Villa Margita. Each of the apartments includes a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, a separate toilet room, a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes), a living room and a bedroom with SAT TV and air-conditioning.
