Island Rab

 

The island Rab is a part of the Kvarner region. Along with the city of Rab, the island has seven more idyllic towns: Barbat, Banjol, Palit, Kampor, Mundanije, Supetarska Draga, and Lopar. In every one of these towns you will come across beautiful beaches, clear blue sea, and accommodation such as apartments and rooms.
The island Rab is filled with cultural heritage and many cultural-historical monuments. For example, the old town in the city Rab is very well preserved and authentic. Rab's culture and history is incorporated into its tourism. Some of its cultural and historical monuments are the church and bell tower of St. Maria, the monastery and church of St. Andrew, the City lodge, and the Palace of Nimira.
Rab offers everything necessary for a great holiday. For one, guests can chose to stay in a hotel or an apartment or room in one of Rab's private homes. As for good food, they can choose from a variety of established restaurants and taverns which serve fantastic seafood. Visitors can enjoy the sunny beaches, take walks along the seaside as well as take part in many water sports.
